Professor Geoffrey W. Coates is an expert in synthetic chemistry, focusing on organic, organometallic and polymer synthesis. He has significant expertise in molecular design and applications of small molecules and polymers. In the center, his expertise in organic and polymer synthesis will allow the development of novel targets for nanothread synthesis. He will also advance the characterization of nanothread structures as well as their applications.
