Thomas E. Mallouk
Vagelos Professor in Energy Research
Professor of Chemistry
Professor of Chemistry
University of Pennsylvania
Profesor Thomas E. Mallouk completed his Sc.B. in chemistry at Brown University in 1977. He went on to obtain his Ph.D from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1983. The Mallouk group is interested in several problems in materials chemistry, including photoelectrochemistry, electrochemical energy conversion, low-dimensional physical phenomena, and motion on the nanoscale. In the Center, Mallouk’s group is focused on inorganic and solid-state chemistry, intercalation/exfoliation of nanomaterials, electrochemistry, and photochemistry.
